I had this on New Year's and it's my new favorite. Super yum. Try adding a sugar cube with a few drops of bitters and 1 oz. of Grand Marnier (to 3 oz. champagne) in a sugar-rimmed glass. Buzz and sugar buzz.

oh boy. I will seek this one out. love the rhyme.
Pink and I are old friends... however, I'm liking your suggestion tremendously. Now I'll have something new for pink to mingle with in my glass. Yum!
It's beautiful. I think if you have a baby girl you should name her Moet and decorate her nursery accordingly.
Sounds delish...love rose champagne...but minus the sugar cube....big headache follows from that ...for me anyway...nothing to do with the number of glasses consumed! xv
It's true about the sugar. If you plan to drink the entire bottle, leave it out. :-)
You got me with the pink Champagne Cocktail...my favorite drink of all time.
will definitely give this is try... looks wonderful...xx
Oh no, don't give up Veuve, even for a bit of pink. Try Veuve's pink. Much better than Moet, for sure!
You'd think I'd be done with wanting sugar buzzes after the holidays. Apparently my weight shows differently. AAhh!

Cheers! I have missed you in blog land! Thought you vanished 4ever. glad to see that is not the case.
I am a big time bubble fan!
ox, Mon
This drink is a must try!
You my friend are a gal after my own heart. We never can tire of a good French Champagne can we?
Merci! xx
Champagne is definitely my poison and love the rose as well! I'm partial to the Laurent Perrier but can't add the sugar even though I'm sure it's delicious - just does me in!
I bought this once just because the bottle was so pretty. Now I have another excuse to buy it again - to try with sugar-cubes.
I'd be hesitant to open such a beautiful bottle.
no, no.... I could never cheat on my beloved Veuve.
okay, maybe I will have to "try" this;)
cheers!

Love pink anything!

Cute! But for your title, Veuve does not rhyme with Move. The correct way to pronounce it is more like VUV rather than VOOV. :-)
Anon, you know that and I know that but what really rhymes with Veuve? Cheers!
