Yay spring!
I'm way late and off-topic here, but I often miss old comments so I wanted to leave this here. Regarding your bathroom. I'm not loving the stained glass either, but I can see where your Mister might want to keep it for the integrity of the house.
How about a patterned, leaded window in all clear glass? It would honor the exterior architecture, without the color, and the color is what the issue is for me. Just a thought.
Those look sooo delicious. I've never had one, but I could use some shaved ice right about now.
