It's Moving Day!!
In more ways than one. I will try to update with on-the-street reports from my daughter who left at 2 a.m. to march in the Inauguration Parade (in case I haven't mentioned it before - *wink*).
Meanwhile, a big Obama fist bump from me to you.
UPDATE: I am awaiting photos from my girl. They were in a tent in front of the White House watching the ceremony on video. I think bands and things from Illinois are marching first, then Delaware, beginning with UD, followed by AI, because I know you are all want to watch my kid.

Go Spencer!
What an incredible inaugural souvenir.
What an awesome day for Spencer!
I'm so excited. I woke up at 1:30 to make sure she was up and get her going and I couldn't go back to sleep.
What a year! What a day! Just counting the minutes now. Finally.
Oh, awesome black and whites, proud mommy.
Go Spencer girl! What a glorious day!
Nice header! And super duper yay for Spencer!!!
Is it wrong that I cackled while watching Cheney get pushed around in a wheelchair because he hurt his back moving boxes out of the VP house?
Ha, Erin! I was just wondering if those brakes were ok. I think he may have hurt his back lifting all those files of secret, incriminating evidence he was supposed to have left behind.
And finally someone acknowledges my major graphic design skilz.
I kept looking at the steps he had to get wheeled down, wondering if something might accidentally happen...
Ok, I'm going to stop now!
I know. Me, too.
Whenever I see him, I think of his character from Lil Bush, biting off chicken's heads and grunting unintelligibly.
Hahahahaaaa!
I dying laughing now - I put up my big US flag this morning to celebrate the inauguration. And after the swearing in I look out and see...go to my blog I posted a photo. Too much.
Witness to history, good for Spencer!
I just saw the U of Delaware marching band...I'm still looking for Spencer's school...
They were after UD - their sign was obscured by the fabulous State float.
I saw her so it's good.
You have the most amazing blog! I love it!!!
